1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: account registration data (name, email, organization), content you upload (scripts, images, brand assets), and billing information processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

We automatically collect usage data: pages visited, features used, video generation metadata, device information, and IP address.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and AI model providers for video generation. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not transfer your data to third parties for advertising, data-broker resale, or credit-worthiness assessment. Whether an AI model provider may use your content to improve its own models is governed by our agreement with that provider; the current position for every provider we use is published on our AI model data practices page.

4. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from Google. ScriptMotion's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data solely to authenticate you and provide the ScriptMotion service. We do not transfer, sell, or use Google user data for advertising, training AI/ML models, credit-worthiness assessment, or any purpose unrelated to providing or improving the ScriptMotion service. You can revoke ScriptMotion's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content you provide (scripts, images, prompts, and reference media) is sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate the output you request.

For every provider we use except those named in the exceptions list on our AI model data practices page, our agreements provide that your inputs and the generated outputs are not used to train the provider's models.

As of the date above, the exceptions are MiniMax (Hailuo H3) and Wan, which is served through a reseller that also handles the Seedance requests our primary provider declines. Their terms permit use of inputs and outputs for service improvement.

We do not use your content to train our own models. Generated videos are stored in your account and are not shared with other users. We will update the exceptions list before adding any provider whose terms permit training on customer content.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Generated content and uploads are permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. See our Security page for details.

8. Your Rights
