Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your scriptmotion subscription.
Subscription Management
Manage your subscription from Settings > Billing. You can upgrade to a higher tier, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading
When you upgrade, the change is effective immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period, and your credit allocation increases right away.
Downgrading
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current tier's features until then. Any credits above the new tier's limits will remain usable until they expire.
Cancellation
Cancelling reverts you to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period. Your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time.
Warning
Downgrading or cancelling may affect feature access. If your current usage exceeds the new tier's limits (e.g., more workspaces than allowed), you'll need to consolidate before the change takes effect.
