Credit Top-Up Packs
One-off credit purchases for when you need more than your plan grants.
A top-up pack is a one-off credit purchase with no subscription attached. Packs work on every plan — including pay-as-you-go — and stack on top of whatever monthly grant you already have, so a busy month does not force a plan change.

Larger packs carry a lower price per credit. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and that clock is independent of your subscription: the credits stay usable even if the plan behind them is later downgraded, paused, or cancelled.
Top-ups are spent only after your monthly plan grant is used up, and then oldest pack first — so a pack bought months ago is drawn down before a newer one gets anywhere near its expiry.
Buying a pack
Open Settings, then Billing
Go to the Billing tab in your organisation settings.
Click 'Buy Credits'
The top-up dialog opens from the credit balance section.
Choose a pack
Pick the pack size that covers what you have left to produce.
Complete payment
Checkout is handled by Stripe. The credits land in your balance immediately.
If you find yourself topping up every month, compare the cost against the next plan up. Moving up folds those credits into the monthly fee and raises your client-brand and seat limits at the same time, which a pack does not do.
