How to invite new team members and grant them access to your brands.
Inviting Team Members
Invitations are sent from Settings → Members, not from an individual brand's page. Only Admins can send them — the "Invite teammate" button appears there if you have the role.
Choose a role for the invitee (Admin, Creator, Reviewer, or Client) and tick one or more brands to grant them access to. One invitation can cover several brands at once, and the role applies to each of them.
The invitee gets an email with a link to join. If they don't have a scriptmotion account, they'll be prompted to create one; the invitation is matched to their email address either way. Links expire 7 days after they're sent — if one lapses, send a fresh invitation.
Invitations you've sent but which haven't been accepted yet are listed under Pending Invitations on the same Settings → Members page, where you can revoke any of them. Revoking takes effect immediately, so a link that has already gone out stops working.
Inviting someone takes an org seat once they accept, so seat limits are checked when the invitation is sent as well as when it's accepted. If you're at your plan's limit, revoke a pending invitation or upgrade.
