How to download your generated videos.
How to Download
Once your video is generated, you can download it directly from the video detail page or from the expanded video player. Click the download button to save the MP4 file to your device.
Downloading a Video
Open the video
Navigate to your video from the campaign page, brand videos tab, or the cross-brand Videos page.
Click download
Click the download button on the video player or detail view. The video is saved as an MP4 file.
Upload to your platform
Upload the downloaded MP4 to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other platform manually.
Exporting for a specific platform
Use Export for platforms… from the video's export menu to get a version resized and reformatted for where you're posting it, instead of resizing manually.
Open Export for platforms…
From the video player or detail view, open the export menu and choose "Export for platforms…".
Select one or more platforms
Choose from TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Feed, and Instagram Stories. Each one shows a Ready hint if your source aspect ratio already matches, or a Reformat to [ratio] hint if it doesn't.
Download the optimized files
Each selected platform renders and downloads its own optimized MP4 automatically when ready.
Platform export is free and available on every plan — it's never gated.
Videos are generated in the aspect ratio and duration you configured in Step 1 (Format & Layout). Make sure your format settings match your target platform before generating.
